Terms of use

The short version: this is a free hobby site that reports queue lengths it reads from a public feed. It is not run by any theme park, it stores almost nothing about you, and you should check the park’s own app before you rely on a number here.

Who runs this

An independent fan project, run by one person. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to The Walt Disney Company, Universal, Merlin, Six Flags, Cedar Fair, or any other park operator. Park and ride names belong to their owners and are used here only to say which queue a number refers to.

Where the numbers come from

Live wait times come from queue-times.com, a free community API. Showtimes come from themeparks.wiki. Weather comes from Open-Meteo. None of them is run by this site, and if one of them is wrong or down, so is this page.

The history — busiest days, typical waits by hour — is recorded by this site, because nobody publishes it. It is built by checking parks on a schedule, so a park checked twice a day has thinner history than one checked hourly. Where the record is too thin to support a claim, the page says so rather than guessing.

What this does not promise

Every number here is an estimate and may be stale, wrong, or missing. Parks change their hours, close rides without notice, and sometimes publish nothing at all. Check the park’s official app before you cross a park for a ride. Nothing here is a guarantee that a ride is open, that a wait is accurate, or that a plan will survive contact with the day. Use it at your own risk.

What is stored about you

No advertising and no third-party analytics. An account is optional and nothing here requires one.

This changed in September 2026, and it changed in the direction of collecting more. This page used to say “no IP addresses”. It now records one. I would rather write that sentence than leave the old one standing while the code does something else.

• Visits are counted with a random id stored in your browser. Alongside it, one row per browser per day now keeps your IP address and the country and city Cloudflare derives from it, so I can see how many separate people use this rather than only how many sessions there were. Rows are deleted after 60 days. They are never sold, never shared, and never joined to anything else — I look at the totals, and the addresses are there because I asked for them, not because they make the count better. They mostly do not: a mobile network puts thousands of phones behind one address, and a phone moving from data to park wi-fi picks up a new one halfway through a visit.
• An account, if you make one, stores your email address, your name if you give one, and a salted hash of your password — never the password itself. It exists so your settings and saved plans follow you to another device, and nothing is uploaded to it until you sign in — after which your settings, favourites and current plan are saved to it automatically as you change them. Deleting the account deletes everything in it, immediately, from the Settings panel.
• Your settings — favourite parks, language, light or dark, your plan — stay in your browser, and are copied to your account as well while you are signed in.
• Feedback you send is stored so I can read it, along with an email address only if you choose to type one.
• Email alerts, if you ask for one, store your address against the ride you are watching. It is deleted the moment the alert fires, and every alert email carries a one-click link that deletes it sooner. It is never used for anything else and never shared. If you would rather not give an address at all, the bell icon does the same job through your browser and stores nothing.
• Group plans are shared only with whoever has the five-character code, and delete themselves about a day after the last change.
• Weather is fetched by this site rather than your browser, so your location is never handed to a weather provider. That is still true and is still the reason it is proxied: the address above is kept here, not passed on.

If you would rather not be counted at all, a browser set to block this site’s storage will not be, and blocking /api/hi stops it outright — nothing else on the site depends on it.

Using it

Use it for your own trip planning, freely. Please do not scrape it in bulk — the data underneath comes from a free community API that this site already leans on heavily, and hammering it hurts them rather than me. If you want the data, go to queue-times.com directly.

Changes

This page may change as the site does. There is no mailing list to notify, so the honest thing is to say: if it matters to you, check back.
